The vintage look came out when she styled her dress with a white Dior Lady D-Joy handbag, pink furry coat, stunning gold statement earrings, and patent leather pumps

Keke Palmer completed the ensemble with copper tresses, styled with voluminous waves and a glowing makeup look featuring black eyeliner, rosy blush, and lip gloss. Fans praised her hair as the most stunning part of her look.

Palmer is gearing up for the release of her latest project, “One of Them Days.” She is an executive producer of the film, which is directed by Lawrence Lamont. The stylish actress stars as Dreux in the film premiering on January 17, 2025.

Alyssa, played by SZA is Dreux’s roommate. The two race against time to avoid eviction while navigating the strains on their friendship after Alyssa’s boyfriend takes their rent money.

On “Good Morning America,” Palmer spoke about the chemistry she shares with SZA, which began when they first met on “Saturday Night Live.” She joked that she once asked SZA, “Are we the same person, different fonts?” Fans of the duo will get to witness this close bond on-screen in their upcoming film.

Issa Rae is one of the producers of the comedy and some of the other cast members are Katt Williams, Janelle James, Lil Rel Howery, and Keyla Monterrosso Mejia.

Rae described “One of Them Days,” as “a fun, silly film.” She added that it’s the kind of movie one goes to see with their girlfriends or special someone to laugh and enjoy lighthearted moments.

Palmer hopes that when people watch the film, they will relate to it because they have also had difficult days where they leaned on their friends for help. “That’s really to me how you get through hard times. It’s your community,” she noted.

Palmer has been in the entertainment industry for years. The 31-year-old started her career at a young age. She was raised in Robbins, Illinois, by her parents Sharon and Larry Palmer, both former actors.

When Palmer’s career began to take off in Illinois, the family made the difficult decision to relocate, to California. This meant leaving behind their secure jobs, and a newly bought home, and uprooting their other three children.

Despite these sacrifices, her parents remained fully supportive of Palmer’s dreams. However, as the primary source of income for her family, Palmer felt the weight of responsibility to continue booking roles.

She noted, “I hated my parents for a long time. There was so much pressure to rise to the occasion for my community, for my parents, for my siblings, for their sacrifices. They weren’t saying it, but that was the reality. Because I’m the one that we all came here for.”

However, in California, Palmer thrived. She starred alongside William H. Macy in the 2004 TNT film “The Wool Cap.” Her impressive performance earned her a Screen Actors Guild nomination, making her the youngest actress ever, at just 10 years old, to receive a nomination in the Lead Actress category.

Her success led her to be pushed to perform even better. At one point, Palmer’s former manager told her, when she was just 12 years old, that her mother’s life was at risk unless she lost weight.

This statement deeply traumatized her, creating immense stress and leading her to worry about her mother’s health and financial concerns, such as medical bills. The pressure was overwhelming for her at such a young age.

Luckily, aside from such incidents, Palmer has managed to avoid the typical child-star pitfalls, such as falling into rehab or writing a confessional memoir. Her experiences at Nickelodeon differed from those of some former child stars.

Palmer emphasized that she was not subjected to inappropriate situations by network executives. She said relying on her resilience, resourcefulness, and natural likability got her through that stage.
